The monitoring of PV systems provides important information concerning correct functioning and the degree of efficacy. This requires a data communication connection between the monitoring PC and the system.

Using mdex you can access PV systems from any PC with Internet access via your default browser – without additional software. Over and above this full access to the inverter is possible, for example to carry out services. Connection of the PV system is generally via mobile networks (GPRS, EDGE, UMTS) or, alternatively, also via a DSL connection on site or - in regions not covered by mobile networks - via satellite.
